When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. We used to hire this company a lot to clean the drain pipes in our houses - the service was OK, but the price was hard to beat - the $49.99 was painted prominently on their service vans. It was a good value.In the last little while they raised the price a lot - now on the service van there is a number 1 squeezed between the dollar sign and the 4 - yes, it does say $149.99, although, as I understand it, sometimes they will charge a bit less. With the price gone up 3 times, it is definitely not the value it used to be. But that's not my objection. In my case, they came to clean the slow drain, and then about a month later we had a problem with the same pipe, so we called them again. The warranty is only 14 days, so we had to pay again. This time we chose to inspect it with the camera, only to find out that there is an obstruction in the pipe, which required to dig up about 1.5 feet of dirt and put in a cleanout. We asked the tech for a quote, and he quoted us $1500. We had similar work done on another house, so we had an idea that this repair should cost around a third of that. We asked the tech, and he said he'd give us a heavily discounted price of $1350 if we put their advertising sign on our property. We asked for a couple more quotes, and one was $550 and the other was $400 - both by licensed plumbers. My concern is that they saw us as a captive audience - people without a working sewer - and decided to jack up the price. This predatory way of doing business is not what I would expect from a professional I would trust. hence the 2-star rating.

I experienced a slow draining plumbing situation, and experience indicated a full septic tank. Of course, this always happens close to a weekend! I called a few services, and Priority Pumping had a quick service opening for next day. Keith H. came out and diagnosed a full septic tank with a grease plug at the inlet. He pumped, drain-cleaned and quoted me for repairs. The whole experience was pleasant and, dare I say, fun! I am now a loyal customer of Priority Pumping, and recommend their services to everybody on my street! Thanks, Keith!!

The technician (Keith) arrived within 30.minutes of me calling Mr. Rooter. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly asset the situation and explained my options. After deciding on the option that worked best for me, he immediately got his equipment and got to work. Before he left, he made sure ALL the drains were working properly. He did great work and he was super honest. He told me what it was going to cost, what he was going to do, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what he said it was going to be. I couldn't be happier. Anytime I need plumbing help in the future, I will call Mr. Rooter and ask them to send Keith!

Contacted Blue Plumbers for a kitchen drain that was backed up. I called at 9 AM and was given a scheduled arrival between 10 and 11. Service rep, arrived a couple hours early. He listened to what we had to say about our problem, explained what he would be doing and the cost. The drain was a pain and he spent a couple of hours and showed us the drain camera results. Highly recommended Blue Plumbers to anyone who needs a plumber.

Kelly was very quick in coming to pump my septic tank so no complaint there but he quoted me a price to install a riser and cover and never returned any of messages for the last week and a half to install or decline so I could move on. Now I am left with calling other companies. For septic pump good for all other stuff call someone else!

Very professional and very accommodating. Only problem for us is that they never had an invoice or anything on paper stating our order until the day they delivered. After scheduling months in advance, payment was made and we were told that they could only give us an invoice the week of the event. Which made us nervous because it felt like there was no way to track our order. Low and behold they came through and everything was perfect.
