Arthur was up front with costs, options, and listened to my needs -and budget. He was available on Saturday. I insisted on neatness and keeping my carpet and home clean with the install. Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

After posting my initial review, Jarod came out and spoke with my father and I about the situation. I will say that he wanted to know exactly what happened. He let us know that there were HIGH CONCERNS as to the events that took place. They took disciplinary action and wanted to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY. Jarod was a nice man and actually paid us back the $$ that we paid to the other company to fix our plumbing problem. He even sent out a gentlemen to repair the Stucco at NO CHARGE! I will say that he stood by his word and did exactly what he said he would do, without question. I appreciated everything that they said they were going to do, with follow through. If you ever have any questions or concerns with this company they will back up their service and honesty of employee practices. They came out to fix a stopped drain in the kitchen on Christmas Eve. The man Josh couldn't fix it, so they would have to have someone else come out with a camera the day after Christmas (Saturday). Erick told my elderly parents that it was a bad main drain pipe. He showed them the video and convinced them that it would have to be replaced with a burst pipe. I wasn't there to see the video.He went outside to work up the numbers. He came back with a quote of $21,000.00!!!!! There was nothing itemized. He talked my parents into financing it!! They both live on their Social Security and could not afford this. I asked them to hold off. They scheduled the repair once I left for work.I was extremely apprehensive as to what the real problem with our system was. I stopped them from going forward and had to contact 2 finance companies to withdraw. My dad took out 2 Loans!!!I called another company and they told us the pipe was fine. They fixed the problem the santee in the wall for $750.00STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS!! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!! Erick should be fired!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.

We had Lupe come out to fix a shower and I thought he did a great job and was very friendly. Definitely would use this company again in the future. Update: Used them again and they were awesome again. Had them install a new water shutoff valve and Jeff was very educational with everything he did and got everything done neatly and quickly. Great plumbing company for anyone looking for work done.

Sunset Septic Service completed our septic inspection a couple of years ago and we chose them a second time because of their flexibility around our schedule and their amazing response time (I had the completed report the following business day). Their front office fitted me in on moments notice and are always so helpful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a septic inspection.

Over the years I have always used Mr. Rooter for service. I have always had great service, polite technicians that were on time and fair prices. We just had a major backup from our sewer line (yes gross!!) and discovered a couple collapsed areas. Louie, Preston and Trenten were awesome making this experience so much easier than it could of been. Preston and Trenten made a temporary fix so we didn’t have to stay at a hotel as well as worked late to get the job completed quicker. The best part of this team was they saved us from having to tear up the courtyard and driveway by replacing our whole sewer line underneath it all. Amazing. Affordable and Polite. Great job guys. We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

Blue plumbers are reliable plumber. They were able to send someone out immediately to fix our problem, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. We appreciated the technician's professionalism and expertise, and we felt confident that the repairs were done correctly. If we ever need a plumber in the future, we will definitely be calling Austin.
