Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Brandon, owner of Anthony’s Plumbing, is great guy! I have used him multiple times and referred him to multiple family members and friends, as I know that the team at Anthony’s plumbing always has their customer’s best interest at heart. About a year ago, we had water damage in our home, and when the knowledgeable people from Anthony’s showed up, they pointed a few safety issues that the contractor had not noticed, saving us thousands. Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! I thought I needed a new septic system but really it was just a simple clogg in my line (glad i didn’t get take advantage of) Thank you guys!

Jose and Orlando were absolutely amazing, they came when they said they would, they even allotted me additional time to arrive at the house after work, they immediately went to inspecting my pipes to inform me of any all concerns available, just as I do with my customers at work they were real and down to earth presenting me with viable options to get my repairs done at the lowest cost while performing the work correctly. Contacted Roger, service manager, with Reddi Services early in the morning for an ASAP irrigation plumbing repair. Got an immediate reply and he immediately had a technician dispatched to our property for repair. Technician, Chris, was extremely friendly and professional. Extremely pleased with Reddi Services and will be using them for future plumbing and HVAC issues.

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

We had a clogged drain happen in our kitchen on Friday night. We made the dreaded weekend service call and were so very pleased with Rooter Ranger and Mario! Mario was dispatched to our home and was so kind and courteous. He was professional and clean- wore his mask the entire time.Mario was very sweet with our curious kiddos too. COVID has them starving for social interaction and he sweetly asked them about our dog. Just so kind.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

These guys have shown up to my house on multiple occasions for various reasons. It's been the same guy each time. Always friendly and smiling with a good attitude about whatever he's about to get into. This last time it was a stuck grinder pump in the basement. A gross endeavor. But, the positive attitude prevailed. Repaired for a very reasonable price considering the task. Would highly recommend and would use again when necessary. Thank you Belsito.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00. He said no clean out line, no service. I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his sh__ __!
