hired to do annual maintenance and they looked at the machines, told us what they will charge .... to do what they were initially hired for AND charged us for two hours for the hour they were there!

I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

I greatly appreciate all the work that Andrews Electric did. We were selling our home and needed a brand new electric panel, GFCI outlets and had a faulty outlet out back. Cool work they do here. They all have to work together like a tight family who communicate with each other and cooperate in each product they aer hired to design and build.

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I really appreciate the service and very fair price.

Eris was referred to us by a neighbor to replace our Trane a/c unit. We are so very happy with his company, work ethic and the great job he did in helping us. We find Eris to be very honest, hardworking and dedicated to his craft and it shows. He was able to clean up the mess left behind by another a/c company we had been using for years. We have to replace another unit soon and will only be calling Eris. Friends, family and co-workers have all been referred to Eris by us and they are all very happy.

Dennis was able to fit us in on the same day as our call when nearly everyone else was projecting a 1- or 3-day wait to have our fridge repaired. He was great about following up with updates to his ETA and arrived right in the middle of the agreed upon 2-hour time window for the appointment. Dennis quickly diagnosed the problem (damaged compressor relay switch) and replaced the affected part in almost no time at all. Great combination of competence and focus on customer service.
