I made a home warranty claim and was assigned Penguin Air as my contractor. Every person I spoke to in the office (Darcy for the initial call and Kat for scheduling) were extremely friendly and professional. Once my appointment was made, I received emails and texts to advise me of my appointment window. On the day of my appointment I received an email/text stating who the service pro was coming to my house along with a photo of the service pro. I was most pleased with this. I was home for this appointment, but if my wife was home she said she'd feel better knowing who was coming to her house before they arrived.Randy Ostrov was my assigned service pro. Instantly his friendliness and professionalism was apparent. I have dealt with my fair share of AC repairmen over the years and their ego and bravado get in the way of trying explain things to a customer. Randy sold my overall opinion of Penguin Air. He was engaging, well spoken, and very easy to deal with. I was comfortable with the service I received on my units and would highly recommend Penguin Air for anyone's Air needs.Thanks Randy!

Had this company come out after a horrible experience with D&G Appliance. From the moment 1st choice mechanical came out, I knew my experience would be so much better than the other company. They were honest, caring, very personable and got the job done right! Everyone I dealt with from the young lady who scheduled my service call to the gentlemen that came out to make the repairs were wonderful. I've been using SMW for close to 10 years now and have never been disappointed. Always receive great response and service. They assisted with repairs and replacement of my unit several times over the years. By several I don't mean issues per se, they come every 6 months or so for maintenance. Manny came to repair my air conditioner. It took several procedures and he finally replaced my new motor. It seems to be doing the trick. He also put in a new thermostat . Mine was 21 years old so it was time. He was pleasant and easy to work with; answered all my questions, and there were a lot, until I understood. I would recommend this company and this tech unconditionally!!!
