Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house! I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!!!

Tony is excellent as he changed the resin out within my water softener that Parker & Sons installed in 2012. He was patient when showing me various settings.
I have used Parker & Sons since 2010 and they have the best quality and most knowledgeable technicians compared to a few other companies that I've used prior to P&S.

Ryan was professional and honest. He came when he said he was going to come and had our air conditioner up and running the same day. I've since referred some family members to him and they've also had a wonderful experience. Definitely a great find!

My 6 month a/c maintenance was due, June 26 2020, right in the middle of rising Covid-19 numbers in Arizona. Made the appointment, I was the first stop which I appreciated, he showed up with his mask and gloves on. I had my mask on and asked if I could adjust the thermostat instead of him coming in, and he said yes and he could also measure the temperature from the unit on the roof. Within 30 minutes his maintenance was complete, he rang the doorbell to let me know that he was done, and he never had to enter my home so I never had to sterilize anything indoors. I have underlying health issues, COPD, so how this appointment was handled was very important to me.
