Tech was on time and did a great job. For how big of a company you are your prices are WAY high. Maybe fix that and I’d be your number one fan. I understand overhead but you should get better rates on material so you can pass those savings onto the customer. I spent 300-600 more with you vs a smaller company. Be the Amazon of AZ

Nice surprise when they called the day before they were due, and able to come right then. Bryan got straight to work and had the water heater replaced and everything spick and span in 1.5 hrs, awesome!!!!! Explained everything clearly up front with no surprises later.
