Best Water Softener Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I don't write reviews unless I receive over-the-top service, which is what these dudes provided while replacingour water heater yesterday. They got to our house quickly, were polite, remained 6ft away, and worked quietly, quickly, and efficiently to replace our water heater in the garage,, all while my husband and I finished up our work day inside. They advised us that they had finished when they had completedthe task by giving a lil wave on our camera which we appreciate, as one of us was on a conference call at one point during their visit, but were not at all disturbed. After their installation, they advised us to check the pan they had placed beneath the water heater in case it leaked. No leaks! And no nonsense! Would totes recommend this company to friends and family, as well as to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for such jobs, these fellas get it done!

***Update: I had a garbage disposal/sink emergency over this past Valentine's Day weekend, and Dominic came to our rescue. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, just like the others that replaced our water heater! Is there anything they can't do? These guys are amazing!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!

Our experience with your service was not good. First off technician arrived two hours early without any notification. Technician did not explain any water testing he was doing I had to ask. First thing he did was put a water pressure valve on my Spicket then he points to it and says 50..I had to ask what does that mean?Technician called someone on the phone continuously talking in Spanish where as I would've liked to hear what he was saying in English about water testing procedure he seemed unsure of. Technician did not know how to explain how to set controls on our current water system. Was not happy at all about our service.Every step of our service should have been explained and was not. In the end he decided the resin in our tank was no good. Basically a waste of my $75 service call fee :(

We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done.
