Best Water Softener Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

I hired to cleana Grease trap,

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

I was so happy with this company. Communication was the best I ever experienced. ETA's were kept, they were prompt, polite and professional. Everything was explained. I feel confident that I made the right decision in calling Rooter Ranger for my backed up plumbing and look forward to having a chronic problem taken care of once and for all. My call started out to be just a leak which Keith took care of quickly. Since he was here he went ahead and did an annual check up of the plumbing. When servicing the water heater the pressure value malfunctioned. He explained what it meant and the water heater was replaced. The service was great as usual. Thank you again Mr Rooter for great service and a job well done.
