Look, there's a reason this place has so many excellent reviews. I got oh so many quotes to replace my AC unit and move to a heat pump. Not only was Day & Night reasonably priced, the salesperson, Brian, was incredibly pleasant and responsive to deal with. We ending up having them not just install a new 5 ton roof unit, but fix some bad ductwork. The technicians, led by Eric, arrived on time, did their work efficiently, and were also super professional. Our house is now heating and cooling MUCH more evenly and efficiently. Our drains were completely clogged, he came out very quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve in within a few hours! He even gave us his card incase he needs to come back out for free.

I have been using Parker and Sons for my HVAC preventative maintenance through their monthly plan (which I recommend), and they have kept a slightly older system running smoothly for over 3 years now. Recently, during his inspection, one of their techs was doing a VERY thorough job and noticed a couple of issues including a fan motor that leaking oil and wasn't likely to last too much longer. I had a look myself and it was old and rusty as heck, so I was glad he caught it before it brought the whole system down (and cost me a LOT more money).Throughout the entire process (and each time they have serviced my HVAC), they were timely, professional, friendly and really good about communication. If you book with them, ask for Daniel Tyus. After he took care of me last time (described above), I am asking for him from now on!
