Best Water Softener in Phoenix AZ

Scottin showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional and friendly. He did the work that I had requested and explained what was the cause of the problem. What I also liked and was VERY pleased about was that Scottin did not try and sell me anything (water softener, water heater, etc.) he just did the job requested. I will definitely use George Brazil again for any plumbing needs.

This is my first time using Parker & Sons, contract thru Home Depot, for routine service of my 5 year old A/C unit and my experience is very positive.I'm a pretty hands-on person and wanted to observe the process of the technician. I'd done my homework prior to the service call and had expectations and questions. Steven was my technician and I must give him a total thumbs-up for his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions, and assure I was satisfied. He detailed his work such that I was the student, which is what I was seeking. I was also sent a report as to the recorded output readings of all the important components of the unit.The main takeaway: I'll definitely call Parker & Sons again and I'll expect the same great, honest service!

Thanks Scott for the quick response and saving the day!! AC going out in Phoenix in the middle of summer is not FUN!!! Worried about the cost of replacing our AC, Scott was able to quickly repair our unit and we did not need to replace it!! He'll be on speed dial now!
