After having Scottsdale Air replace both of our HVAC systems in one day a few years ago and doing a beautiful job, I decided that we should have the also do the recommended annual maintenance. William came out today to preform the AC portion of the service and was amazing. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to meet. I can't overstate how much welove Scottsdale air and their wonderful staff.

At times, it can be frustrating to work through Fidelity Home Warranty to trust they will send a quality service company. Well, working with Lee Collins Air conditioning was great! Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. Hired Comfort Experts to do an air quality analysis when our son started experiencing allergy symptoms. These guys put together a package to improve the air quality in our home and it has made a HUGE difference. They also explained to us what we can do on our own to help keep things under control.
