I had 1st Choice come by to give me an estimate. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time and called to ask about my mask preference. I haven't decided if they will get the business or not yet but up to this point, I'm impressed!

Eric and Jordan were flawless. They installed my new system efficiently and with the utmost courtesy towards me and my wife. They explained everything thoroughly, and left my home clean, and in a reasonable amount of time. This is my third installation with Day and Night air and I would highly recommend them.

Juan did an excellent job on my AC. There was a short in the breaker which was causing the unit to not to work. He repaired that, and I went ahead and had him do a complete tune-up since we were getting into the summer months. He was thorough and detailed even sending pictures of all the work (before and after) that he had done which we didn't ask him for. I would highly recommend Benefit Air to anyone who needs their AC fixed.

So unfortunately when my family and I returned from vacation, our A/C unit died…it was a long time coming. I contacted Ryan Cronstrom and he was able to come out right away and replace our unit. Very pleased with my decision to have ACA replace the 3 HVAC units in my home and casita. From the initial visit with Troy and throughout the installation process, it was completed in a timely and professional manner. The technicians doing the install were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They addressed any issues/questions or concerns during the install very professionally. Troy's follow up visit post installation was much appreciated.Going forward, if there's ever a need for service/maintenance, I'm confident that ACA and Troy will be there for me.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.
