Best Soft Water in Phoenix AZ

My laundry sink spray nozzle broke so I called the plumbing company that I have my service maintenance with and they quoted me over $300 to install my new faucet!! Ridiculous. I got the name of A.P.E.S from the Home Depot list of pros and A.P.E.S. gave me a fair quote, came right out replaced the faucet and even anchored my cabinet under the sink which my previous plumber did not do when they installed it. Anthony was very professional and even showed up early for the appointment. Would definately recommend them and use them again.

I had the yearly plumbing inspection. The Serviceman Brett did an excellent job and explained everything he checked he looked at. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He was very polite. He did a very good and knowledgeable.

The person that did the inspection was outstanding, I didn’t want him to leave. The sales rep was very good also, made options easy to understand without any pressure, and was great to talk with. The installers were were very well training and did the best Job I have had anybody do in my house! Juan pacheco came to our house fixed whatever was leaking and had us feeling comfortable in about an hour or so. He is a very honest and knowledgeable employee ACE is lucky to have him as an employee!

My husband and I needed a new reverse osmosis system. I figured that we would do business with the company that put a new filter on for us a year ago, but their prices almost doubled since we last spoke. Once I found American home water and air I could not be happier. Michelle was so helpful and their prices were very reasonable. Brandon came out to install our Ro system and it has been great! He was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Very pleased!

I must tell you! This company rocks! My Technician Craig Schmiemier was awesome. Did the inspection told me what he thought. Also mentioned it might be something simple to forgo having to do the major repair. As it turned out it was the major fix. Gave me the quote that was more than fair and performed the job very professionaly. He even gave my dogs some treats to calm them down. Wont use anybody but PROSKILL...thank youTim rafferty

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

Austin was great - explained everything very well, and walked through things if I wanted to DIY regular maintenance.
