Best Safety Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Our A/C stopped working this past Sunday and so I called Penguin Air to come out and service it. The unit that stopped working controls the main part of the house plus two bedrooms and it was getting hot quick in their being mid day. After calling they took my information and said a tech would be out to service it and would call about 45 minutes before arrival. It was great news when I got a text first showing a picture of my technician plus a little about him. Then a call saying he was on his way. Arrived when he said and started to look at the unit. Diagnosis was a blown fan motor and and brackets which also hurt the fan inside the unit up in the attic. We went over pricing and he started to repair it. Did a great job and shortly after we had cold air blowing and starting to cool the house down. Very nice technician that keeps you updated the whole time. Our tech we had was Jimmy and recommend him and Penguin Air for your A/C repair. Thank You Jimmy

Had a quality tech named Grayson come out and fix my AC. Gave me three different options I could choose from to fix my AC and was very detailed with the pros and cons of each option. Walked me through exactly what he was doing and took a video after explaining what was replaced and why. Definitely will be requesting his service again in the future

Erik Smith was incredible. He was professional, kind, and detailed. He didn’t stop until he figured out the problem and then fixed it. He was trustworthy and clean. The units are only two years old and this is the first maintenance we’ve done on them. Manny did an amazing job walking me through step by step what he was doing/what needed to be done. After a through inspection and cleaning, my units look brand new! Super nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air.

The installation crew was great! They called 30 minutes before their arrival, which was in the window. They found old equipment in our attic left by a previous owner and removed all of it after notifying us. They were professional and courteous. Our house was left in great condition!
