Best Safety Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

I worked for this company about a year and a half. Safety is horrible for the employees. I was injured on the roof during a heat wave advisory of 115 degrees plus. It took 3 and a half hours to get me off due to starkweather not wanting to call emergency services for help. My family ended up calling 911 and they said if I couldn't safely be removed from the roof within 10 minutes they should of been called sooner to help. Due to my family calling 911 and stepping in for my safety I was terminated. The owner of the company Jeff Starkweather had no sympathy also telling my wife and myself that we would be sorry and screwed in the end for taking my health into our own hands by filing worker's compensation. Also the superintendents are very rude to there employees calling them names and degrading them. Not a company I

When faced with the daunting task of re-roofing our 28 year old home, we interviewed and got bids from 3 top roofing contractors. Rene and his daughter presented us with the most comprehensive and professional explanation of what they proposed to do and why. It was quite an education about roofing! We have 11,000 sq ft under roof, so this job was no small task. We were told it would take two full weeks to get the job done. I am happy to report, it was accomplished 2 1/2 days early. Ricardo, the Forman, was on top of every detail and his crew was very clean, taking care to keep our paver driveway covered and unharmed. Everything Rene promised was delivered! There was one small aesthetic thing I didn't like and Ricardo was back the next morning to make it perfect! The roof looks awesome - better than new! I would recommend EXPRESS ROOOFING without any hesitation! Thanks Rene and staff!
