If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. Worst Customer Service. I could not believe the response I got or the way I was treated. Absolutely no communication or time frame.
We got a new A/C unit from them in 2011. It has a 10 year warranty on all parts. Yesterday evening the A/C went out, called them at 7 am this morning to have someone come out. It is now 12:30 on and no one has responded, called, or shown up. I just called them back to figure out what's going on, and the guy that answered the phone couldn't answer my question. He said he would send another message to the on call guy, and that I should get a call back in 15 minutes. I explained again as I did in the first call, we have children and animals in the house and we need to know if someone is coming. All he could tell me was to wait 15 minutes and see if the on call guy calls me, if not I could call back or he suggested I could call another company to come out. I told him again that it is under warranty and asked how that would work. He just told me to see what happens in 15 minutes.

I am amazed with the service and value that I’ve received from Day& Night! I’m a very happy customer.First, I scheduled for a few days ahead of time to make arrangements at work to allow me to be home. Not 20 minutes later I got a call from their office and they cheerfully offered service the next day, a Saturday. Their service tech was on time and very knowledgeable.Second, not only did we take care of the reasons I called, but also set up a schedule for future maintenance and suggested upgrades. These issues had been on my mind and I was glad to get them resolved.If you need AC/Heating work, give Day and Night a call. A very good choice.

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

These folks are always timely and courteous. They have saved me a lot of money doing what they can to fix problems without spending more than necessary.

We got an AC checkup done, technician was 3 hours late for appointment with no call. A couple of repairs were needed, the boot was torn at the roof line. The guy left without giving us an estimate, said he would call back but never did. I ended up getting on the roof and sealing it myself. A business that fails to get back with their customers is written off in my book. Also, I would have gladly paid them for the repairs. Not good to leave money on the table like that.

Katie and her team were wonderful they were able to find my coil for my ac unit and get it installed within 2 days. Katie and her team are very knowledgeable and gave me fair and honest pricing. I wish I would’ve went to them sooner! They’re fantastic thank you B3!

This company went well above and beyond what I expected in friendliness, service and installation. They were willing to answer all of my questions and were honest and up front about their service. Watching them install an air conditioner and heater allowed me to see the pride they take in their work and in making sure it is done right.

This company was recommended to us by two different families five star review, The first visit was unsuccessful at correcting our AC problem ( at that point we were a little unsure if we had chosen the right company?) ; hence we called back to the office and they sent the technician back and he was able to professionally and efficiently correct the issue , me and my wife were very impressed with the customer service from this company and making good on their word, our air conditioner is working perfect and we couldn’t be happier !

First spoke to a gentleman named Bill about an estimate, figured itd be numbers, some back and forth probably 3 to 4 days of going over everything, I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! took roughly an hour of my time. Bill took measurements, inspected the old AC unit and had an install set for the very next day.DAY 2 INSTALL: Was contacted by a gentleman named Mike and was informed they were 10 mins out. Once Mike arrived I was introduced to his partner Blake. Mike and Blake briefed me on the plan of action. I figured a whole day, WRONG AGAIN. Half day of work and the unit was tested and running. Mike and Blake went over the proper operation of the unit as well as the do's and donts. I must say mike and Blake were VERY professional and total leaders making the level of stress and concern a zero! Highly recommend Semper fi. I will use Semper fi from here on out. The service and prices are hands down the best in the business. Thanks to all that were apart of my installation, from the first call to the completed installation! My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
