I can’t thank Trevor E. enough for his patience working with a skeptical customer! I was lied to by our Warranty Company that tried to overcharge parts as modifications, then refused to replace my water heater! The Warranty Company kept dragging it out, claiming it’d be replaced “in two weeks” for months. Every plumber that they assigned was “F Rated” which I refused. Going without hot water due to this chaos, I was very distrustful of any plumber.

So I had to find an honest, qualified plumbing service that I could afford out of pocket to replace the worn out water heater. I had quotes all over the charts for parts and labor. No modifications were needed according to all the companies that gave me a quote.

I questioned Trevor over every penny and wanted to be sure he agreed there were no modifications needed. He was very patient, friendly and explained all costs which were very reasonable. ( I’m sure he had to bite his tongue!) He was prompt, very professional and friendly, despite all annoying my questions!

Paul at the Phoenix store was also extremely helpful throughout this process, assuring me the prices he estimated were honest. He also helped me by phone, determine if there were any possible modifications needed. After sending pics of my old heater along with measurements of all hookups, it proved only new parts with the tank would be necessary, so it would be done the very next day.

Thank you, Trevor and Paul for all your help. You both went above and beyond assisting me. I definitely will be recommending WATER HEATERS ONLY, INC. to everyone!

Horrible service. I spoke with Adam who is supposed to be a warranty manager. He quoted $1,878 to replace the AC compressors but he would charge $1,604 as a discounted rate. He recommended that I buy a labor warranty for $1,800 from original 5 year warranty date because the compressor is covered under manufacture (parts only) warranty. Someone from his company called me back 3 days later and left a voice message stating they received the compressor and wants to schedule a time to come out and replace it. I called to setup an appointment but Adam tells me the offer is no longer valid because the compressor arrived before I paid for the labor warranty. He said I have to pay $1,878 without any labor warranty as previously promised. He said that he spoke with his manager and that is final. When I asked to speak with his manager, he said the buck stops with him and refused to give me his manager's information and I could not speak with anyone else but him. Adam has lied about the price and ruined the experience!!! I will communicate this with family and friends and anyone looking to use their services. I highly recommend to stay away from using dishonest, unpleasant, unprofessional, and horrible customer service experience!!!!!!!

Day and Night has been servicing our AC for over 15 years. They put in our AC in 2008, because of their maintenance and due diligence our unit lasted 14 years. They are always professional, courteous and are able to delicately handle difficult situations. My parents were loyal customers and I will remain a customer as long as I can. I recommend Day and Night for all your heating, cooling and plumbing needs!
