the man came to my home and was instantly rude asking was i gonna be hostile toward him i asked him why would he walk up to someones home asking that question!! he went on to say oh i just dont feel comfortable doing this im leaving ! didnt even attemp to see the issue was instantly on defense for no reason other than he felt intimidated by a black woman! they shouldnt send racist people out to do jobs. this us one way to lose business! i will file a complaint with the BBB AG office and OCR

System was running fast cycles and although still cooling the house, I knew something wasn’t right. The condenser line in the attic accessible thru a tiny crawl space was the culprit. After trying first to blow the line clean, the line had to be cut, the clog cleared and the line repaired. Very happy with the extremely professional Tech Stuart and the less than 4 hour call to service arrival. I ended up purchasing a 47 month maintenance plan, which included today’s service cal and repair. Very pleased.

Technicians were extremely accommodating to our needs and informative. They quickly performed the work. We had to order additional parts and they made the process easy. They guided us through what to purchase then performed the installation. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

This was the first time using Patrick Riley to help us with our AC. It was an emergency. It was late in the evening and a haboob was about to hit when our AC decided to quit. Adam the tech shows up around 8pm and was absolutely fantastic!!! Very professional, customer service oriented, and very courteous. Got cool air going in no time. Michael R. Arrived spot on time for an inspection of our newer A/C units that were installed recently. It is a free check up, which is a very nice aspect of Pro Skill services. While here he also gave us a refresher on our phone app based A/C controls as well as tips for the wall based units. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative - traits we find very typical of all Pro Skill representatives we have encountered thus far. Great outfit.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Front office staff needs to be retrained on their job & customer service or be replaced. They are terrible & I feel bag for the techs. Tech was awesome!
