I called Comfort One to perform a routine service on my AC unit as I had not had one done the past 2 years.

Taps was prompt with his arrival, being able to fit me in between previous appointments. Once he arrived, he was quick to get to work on the unit. The whole time he was working on it he was educating me about the different test results and pieces, as well as giving me projected timelines for needed repairs and approximate costs.

Once in the attic, he identified a small issue that he was able to correct on site with no additional charge, and even gave me a quick lesson on how to care and maintain the AC unit, and what warning signs to look for.

The overall service price was in line or cheaper than most other companies I contacted, and was even the same as my home warranty payment, so it seemed a no-brainer to go with Comfort One.

Comfort One went far above my expectations, and not only recommend this local small business, but as a native of Arizona for over 10 years, I am pleased to say that I will continue using Comfort One for all of my needs.

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.

I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I was absolutely ecstatic since it was sweltering in the house at 95° !!!Jonathan arrived & took care of the issue in a very short time. He was very polite, professional, & thorough. I would recommend him as a tech & Parker & Sons as a service provider for your A/C and any other electrical or plumbing repair needs. Professional and polite technician. Aaron explained process and what maintenance needed to be done. I agreed and when he was finished he took the time to explain what options I had with Howard AC regarding maintenance. He was clean and well mannered. I've been using Howard Air for several years and have come to depend on them for any AC service needed.
