When my furnace would not come on I called
One Guard Home Warranty to ask them to help me. They immediately sent a work order to Sun Tech Air Conditioning.

SunTech called me and set up an appointment, asap.

Technician, Jose Manzo, arrived at my home, on time and prepared to get things done. Jose is professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions, without hesitation. Jose quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. It needed a new igniter. He contacted his office. Jose and Sun Tech kept me in the loop as far as locating the needed part.

Luckily, Sun Tech had the correct igniter in their warehouse. Jose returned to my house the very next day to complete the job. After installing the part, Jose checked out the entire system and thermostat. He reported that everything he tested was within range!

When I have any problems with my furnace in the future, and/or air conditioning , I will definitely ask that Jose be the technician dispatched to my home. Jose is a great guy. I trust him and his ability to diagnose and repair any HVAC system.

When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. They were able to set an appointment for later that day, diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. They were on time, did a quality job, were professional and charged us a fair price. From my first interaction with Jeremy, I knew he was the one I wanted to do business with. He has a very laid-back approach with absolutely ZERO sales. It's all about him advising what is needed and how to best accomplish fulfilling the need. He makes recommendations, leaves his contact information...and then he gives you all the space and time you need to make your decision. I really appreciate that.

Secondly, if you call the office, you will get courtesy and a prompt response. I know he's a small business, but still he manages to get you the answers and service you need in a reasonable time-frame. And he even responds to text messages!!!

Very satisfied with the service. They did AC service for my mini split systems. Good guys, reasonable prices, I recommend.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
