Josh came out within a couple hours to replace a leaking garbage disposal. Also fixed a leaking pipe under the sink. Went very quickly and could get back to using the kitchen quickly.

Outstanding company. Worked around my schedule. The repairman, Junior, was friendly and seem to love his job. He explained, to my satisfaction, what he was doing to fixed the problem. Most repairmen do not take the time to explain their work. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again.

I called about a leakage and the technician was out in a hour. He fixed the problem in about a hour tops. He was very nice even though it was a leaking toilet at the end of his day. Great customer service!

I can’t say enough good about this company. Having 70 year old drain lines that were in terrible/critical condition, they came out and in the course of a week repaired them all. From pipe bursting the exterior main line to relining the interior line, all with minimal inconvenience. No concrete cutting, no flooring repairs and only minor landscape work needed, and able to use our facilities throughout the entire process.From the start with Brandon going over the free camera footage video, to the 2 Raul’s doing a fabulous job, to the owner Mark calling us on working with our line service warranty to get it covered for reimbursement, the whole staff were on point. JD Belisle was the technician that came out to diagnose our non-working AC unit. He was very professional and made the needed repairs without trying to up sale us into changing out the complete unit. I will use them for all my AC work in the future.

I found out that my heater started to leak on Saturday May 2, 2015. I called Fidelity, the warranty company and around 1pm Don, the technician, showed up with the new heater and started the work to replace. Very professional and I would recommend the company to my friends. We are very happy now with new heater. Thank you!

Really great service. Jason was very efficient, personable, and best of all, persistent about fixing a very tough leak in our backyard. I'm not sure what the technical term was for our particular plumbing problem, but I know it involved scary power tools, rotten pipes and lots and lots of mud. But Jason did a wonderful job! Moon Valley... plumbing with aplomb!

I have used Donley service for many years and have always had prompt, courteous, and highly skilled technicians. Office personnel are also most helpful & courteous. Technician Issh ?sp came to do my routine spring maintenance. I asked him to look at my 19 year old water softening system which has been leaking and asked about salt free systems. He called and made an appointment for a tech from plumbing to come out the next day to give me information about available systems. Sean came on time, explained and answered my question and I made an appointment for installation two days later. Sean worked quickly, cleaned up well and answered more questions. Great Service!!

We use them on all our projects and they always do a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The office and field workers were polite and communicative. I asked for estimate to move some lines and heads to get better coverage on 800 sq ft front yard lawn. I was charged $65 for the estimate which turned out to be $2400. They wanted to replace the entire front yard system which seemed unnecessary.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.
