The faucet was broken on the inside. The home warranty company was going to replace it with a much lower type unit, but the repair person gave me time to go to Home Depot to get an equal type. I think the home warranty company should reimburse me for the one I didn’t use but that is yet to be determine. The repair itself was done professionally and the ice water line was redone.

Had Goettl over to give us a quote on a new ac. Jesse was the tech that came to do the inspection. couldn't of had a more professional great guy do the inspection. This is the guy you want.

If I could give this review 10 stars I would! We had a leak at our home that turned into us needing major pipe replacement in our entire house. From scheduling the initial appointment with Gianni (I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong), to having Jeremy come out to inspect the issues with the cameras to Brett, Sam and their apprentices completing the work, it was amazing and seamless. Brett answered all my questions, was very communicative and transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. He was always so friendly and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people. I can not say enough good things about him and the team. They completed the major work on our home quickly and efficiently. I will never, ever use another company and I will always recommend them to friends and family. Please give these guys that work so hard a big raise! They deserve it!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

quickly came out to access the issue with my current ac unit and replaced the unit and had me up and running within a few days. Awesome service. Highly recommend.
