Had some general maintenance completed to get ready for the summer.The service tech was very kind and smart!

Stuart Myers asked questions regarding my systems after introducing himself. He was as punctual. Such as their locations if I had any problems with them etc... He explained what he was going to do before getting started.He did a thorough job of inspecting the units, and informing me of any issues found. He was friendly and respectful of the property.

Bruce was the tech that came out and he was very professional and more competent than the other company that had been out. He followed through and made sure that our ac was working properly before he left. I have nothing but good things to say about Howard Air. If you need work they should be your go to company!

Unbeknownst to any one in the house, including my 5 house guests, water valves under the kitchen sink were leaking. Water had leached out onto the tile floor and fanned out during the night. Additionally, the garbage disposal, old as it was, had a hole where none should be, which I did not know. Aware of the water on the floor, I called Parker & Sons at 9:30 AM and Jake was at my door by12:30. Jake recommended I buy a new garbage disposal, which I did immediately. Jake also installed the new garbage disposal then and there, no extra service trip and resolved the water valve issues, then he showed me where the house water shut off was.I was so pleased , so gratified that I called Parker & Sons. It could not have been better service. Parker & Sons, and especially Jake, exceeded my expectations.

I heard about Howard Air a couple years prior to needing a new unit from others that had great experience. My unit is now two years old and I just had my last of four scheduled maintenance included in my purchase. I’ve had the best experience these past two years than I had in my previous eight years with another company. I’m serious go to their showroom and the folks there will show you everything they offer and are friendly about it when they do. Thanks Howard Air for standing behind your word and providing great service.

David Byrnes is extremely knowledgeable and will provide a thorough and complete evaluation of your current system or of your needs for a new system. Their prices for HVAC units and service are quite reasonable and definitely below the big companies you see advertised on TV, mailings and newspapers. The installation team for the new heat pump I purchased were great. They did a quality job, were professional and friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Alliance Plumbing was in my apartment complex making some repairs today, and as the workers were leaving, a young man named Tory saw me struggling to carry a bookcase by myself - I was making it a few feet before having to stop, then another few feet, stop, etc. He was nice enough to offer to carry it, and took it all the way up the stairs to my second floor apartment. He was super gracious about the whole thing, and you just don't meet a lot of people who are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger out like that... He didn't ask for this review either, I felt compelled to make it.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..
