I called Kirk because I was putting in a new kitchen and I had an issue with the ductwork. My new stove duct didn’t fit my old stove duct and Kirk came to the rescue. In a day, he came up with a design, build the internal ductwork, and then installed it and the new stove hood. Amazing work! Nicely done fellas.

I met Gabe as he did HVAC for a home I worked in and started using him in my own home. We have since replaced both of our AC units and air handlers along with a variety of other projects. He has been a trusted vendor for us now for over 10 years and so happy with everything he and his team has done in our home! Highly recommend!!

Want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to Travis and his technicians Dennis and Carlos at Howard Air. Six years ago Howard Air installed a new air handler and heat pump at my home. The unit came with a 10yr warranty. Recently, I had been having trouble with the air handler leaking water. The company followed up with prompt visits by their techs to try and solve the issue. On the last visit, Travis(a manager) accompanied his tech Dennis to take a look at the issue. Upon my sharing the issues at hand with Travis, he quickly decided that a new evaporative coil needed to be installed. No hemming and hawing or deflecting the issue at hand. Instead he offered a quick and decisive order to fix the issue under warranty. A repair date was set(Oct 1). Today Dennis and another tech Carlos showed up on time and ready to work. Dennis was quick to line me out with the work detail to be done. And then let me know that Travis had also authorized the replacement of the blower motor for the air handler as well. I had not asked for this consideration, nor had the blower been an issue. I was so impressed by this extra mile he went towards fulfilling this project. The repair and replacement were professionally accomplished in a reasonable amount of time.

Travis unprompted went the extra mile for me and my home. His techs did an amazing job with the work(and kept everything tidy and clean.) Everything is going to break ultimately. And trusting in a company that originally installed the products to be there when things go wrong is huge. And I breathe a huge sigh of relief knowing that Howard Air backs up their products and worksmanship. Thank you once again.

George personally take care of my unit now my air is cold as can be. I got good service with a ? and a good price. He as a good maintenance program that's worth it's weight in gold.

Daniel was very professional, courteous, and detailed. We had him come out to run a whole system check on our HVAC residential units. He didn't just check the outside units. He checked all the ducts, attic, venting, took temperature and pressure measurements as well as photos. I received a full report - which I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough he was. He also had patience to answer all my questions and mentioned maybe to keep the dog inside while the systems dried since he had used some chemicals to clean the units. In addition, he was honest, and said everything was great. Didn't recommend any changes. I really appreciate that kind of service. And if something does fail, I definitely would recommend them.

I've used Howard Air for several years. Recommend asking for David as your HVACC tech. He is excellent!

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

I've dealt with Marlin three times. Each time they have done a great job for me, provided quick service, and not gouged me. Most recently I moved out of state, my tenant's AC unit went out, I was able to deal with getting someone out there and getting the AC unit up and running within the hour, and they fixed the problem a a reasonable price without trying to up sell me. I highly recommend them.

Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
He is very polite, very honest, and will be our only HVAC person to call for future HVAC needs!!

Wow....there are a lot of Scams and Bad AC companies in AZ.....this company is what an outstanding AC service should be and what other AC places should strive for. Rhett is not only knowledgeable and a hard worker, but a very nice and friendly person. He helped us above and beyond. Price was extremely fair and workmanship top Notch. Also they don't look for problems so much as future fixes so you don't have costly issues down the road. I mean why have a yearly maintenance check up if the AC experts can't foresee some issues. Rhett will be our AC go to guy. This company is stamped in my contacts. You wanna be cool Rhett is your dude!!!!?

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing.
