Starting with the estimate process, Chris at Lonestar was transparent in setting up what we could expect from the company from pricing to quality to timing. What I liked most was that he stuck to just what we wanted and only suggested upgrades to specific items when there was a meaningful value add to our project. Because of this, of the 3 estimates we got, it was both the lowest price and best value for what we were looking to accomplish.

There was a short time where we felt a lack of communication between when we paid our scheduling deposit and actually getting on the schedule. The reality is, there's no perfect way to predict when one job ends and the next begins and once we expressed concern over the lack of communication, they were quick to keep us up to date on when our project would start.

The end result is really phenomenal for what we paid. The minor adjustments we asked for after the work was done were taken care of within a day. We got more done for less money than another local landscaper had already done in our yard, and we will certainly reach out to Lone Star first when it's time to do more work.

Rarely am I really impressed by a business, but I need to say something about Sal and his team. First, he's personally responsive. I got a phone call within 24 hours (probably would have been quicker if I had messaged during the week). He continued to communicate very timely throughout our process. He came within 1 day to give me an estimate. I asked him to break out certain tasks so I could see which items I wanted to include. He had no problem with it and gave me a breakdown before he left my yard. He gave me as much time as I needed to think about it, which didn't take long as his prices were good, and scheduled me within 1 day. I asked for a yard cleanup and a stump removal. He not only cleaned my yard, he raked my gravel and sprayed for weeds that either were too tiny to grab through the gravel or even might come up. I was not expecting that. I asked to make sure no leaves got accidentally blown into my neighbor's yard, and not a single leaf went over there. The wretched stump in the backyard was completely dug out so it wouldn't return, plus he put everything back together in much better shape than he found it. My gravel is smooth, the weeds are done, everything is sprayed, and it looks fantastic. I expected someone to blow leaves and cut a stump. I got so much more accompanied by wonderful service. I will hire Sal happily every time I need work done. Highly recommend.

I have had Big Nick's do a number of jobs for me over the last few months including building block walls for us. They are so professional and always do an outstanding job. It can be hard to find a company that can handle all your landscaping needs and will charge a reasonable price but these guys are the real deal. I honestly wouldn't work with anyone else. They are outstanding.

We had this company install pavers 2 feet from our block wall and add rock between the pavers and block wall. We paid $4800! Which I felt was over priced but we were in a time crunch so we agreed to have them do the work. It took three weeks for this to be completed due to lack of communication and although my husband explained exactly what he wanted they still did not understand or take notes. I was not happy with the work they did there is a lot of dirt mixed In with the rock and they didn’t fill in the whole area with rock! I will not use this company again!

I submitted an online request to schedule an estimator to come out. Analisha responded that their next available appointment was on June 2. I responded asking for an appointment on June 3. No response. Come June 2, an estimator shows up. Rings the doorbell twice and then helps himself to my backyard. I wasn't home and my fiancé (who works from home) was surprised by a random man walking in our yard. Thankfully our dogs were inside at this time. My fiancé went out to see who he was and not once did this guy say who he was or which company he worked for. Completely unprofessional. Will not be pursuing their business.

This review is truly three years in the making. We have had Brandon and his team service our home for these past three years and they have been spectacular. Brandon is responsive, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. When we first called Brandon, we were desperate for an initial clean up service since our HOA had issued us a warning for weeds in our yard. Being new parents trying to keep up with all of our usual chores, we failed miserably to keep up with the relentless leaves, weeds, and yard maintenance. Brandon quoted us a fair price which also included tree trimming, initial clear up and monthly maintenance. I wish I still had the before and after photos after all this time because the transformation of the yard that his team performed was nothing short of magical. Brandon and his team clean up our yard once a month, they take care of our irrigation system and even clean up the pool if any debris happens to fall in during their cleaning. Brandon has gone far above and beyond the call of duty and after three years I can truly say that I trust him and his team beyond measure with our home. If you're on the fence about signing up for services like we were, thinking it would save you money to do it yourself, just do yourself a favor and hire this team. You can't put a price on time spent elsewhere and you can trust Brandon to do the work amazingly well. You won't regret it. Thank you Brandon and the Pristine Green team.

I live in a planned community with 1999 homes. Our HOA has been using Xeriscapes since 2007. They provide excellent service, pay attention to detail, and in an emergency, they are available 24/7/365. The company and their employees are a pleasure to have taking care of our common areas. I highly recommend that you give them a call if you are in need of a landscaper.

We just had our patio and pool redone, with an addition of a fire pit. The owner, manager and crew were absolutelly great during the entire project. The craftsmanship and quality were top notch, also the assistance and flexibility along the way for all the choices we had to make. They surpassed our expectations, we already recommended them to some friends and is our pleasure to leave a review here. If you are looking for a very skilled and capable team for outdoor design and implementation, look no further, they are absolutely great.

Do not work here. Its a scam working here. I don't know how he gets away with the way he runs his business but i advise you don't work here.

The company literally blows the vegetation debri on and under your card in a pile. The rest gets blown into the street. I would like my car re detailed.

The supervisor frank is using the workers money and he never pay on time and he is giving bad excuses all time
