My son recommended Howard Air and I was not disappointed. The fellow did a very thorough job of checking my system. I was very pleased with the service.

Parker and Sons are the best. I called their company at 9pm on a Thursday night. The person who picked up the phone was nice and friendly. They showed empathy for my situation. I lost electricity in certain parts of my house. I explained, I needed electricity to work from home. Parker and Sons sent and electrician out by the name of Alex Ortiz first thing the next morning. He was kind and very efficient. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. He did testing to make sure everything was running properly. I can't say or express how happy I am with Parker and Sons. I will definitely use them again.

I am so thankful for this company. My AC unit completely died and I needed a new unit ASAP - they were so kind and professional and quick! Todd came to my home to give me a quote and he was nice enough to take it upon himself to check out my swamp cooler I was using to cool the house and he actually showed me where I should put water in so it will cool better. He was such a genuine decent person it warmed my heart. Sam with the install crew was also a very kind person and we had no trouble with logistics. I’m sorry he had to see my family drama but even then he was still very nice and professional also understanding and relatable we chatted about our kids while he did the last couple things. Very nice people within this company and I would not have AC today if it weren’t for them. I am so blessed and beyond grateful. We are enjoying the cool air comfortably!
