Very unhappy just checked my unit on a Tuesday all good and now nothing works...total sabatoge.Well fixed in March for a rewire.Now have a problem again. Rudeness obviously obnoxious Nathan said must be a shortage then sent another tech Joey who was honest stating what was done made the matter worse and did not do a rewire of the thermostat but charged me for it. Had to complain to get what I paid adjusted by 298.00 So now the manager calls me to refund me and cancel my service agreement.membership since I am not happy. Why would I be happy. Now having a new company coming too do a repair. Air hanler new unit all done by them under warranty and have the nerve to charge you labor for a warranty out to repair. Had another ac company come out. No rewire in the attic needed the short was a red wire to the condendor. Totally incom I etent.Took the the tech 2 hours to complete. Jeff came at the agreed time. Very informative of the work he did. Professional in what he did. I told him the last HVAC company recommended a surge protector and asked him about it. He was frank and said I didn’t need it because my system does not have a circuit board to protect. That’s how old my Ac unit is I guess. But a dishonest tech would have agreed with that looking for more business. That goes a long way for me. Lastly He also emailed me a 2 year plan as an option if I was up for it. No sales pressure. Just whenever.

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Cleaned out AprilAir built in humidifier. Miles was very informative. My husband said he knew more about all the difference types of AC's x5 than anyone he has worked with and asked that I keep their information for future use.

He's a real professional and I must say, because of Matt I feel much better about purchasing my A/C unit from Patrick Riley.

Warning! This contractor was hired by my new home builder as the AC system installer. The quality of work is extremely inferior and well below standard. They installed ductwork in my ceiling that was left out in the rain and was clearly ruined. The indoor air handler was not the correct model, the copper lines were the wrong size, and numerous areas of the air vents were incorrect, and the fresh air intake was installed in the back of filter box where the air will not be filtered. I saw the builder plans and they were not followed. I would avoid purchasing a new home if this is the qualified contractor. Zero stars was not an option, so they got one by default.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
