This was a tankless water heater he repaired. It’s a lot more technical and unique than a hot water heater with a tank. Michal was incredibly tenacious, never giving up until he tried everything. At the same time he continued to share with me what he had done and what he was doing next including reviewing my owners manual and calling the manufacturer. He ultimately was successful and we tested it with every scenario possible. All the while Michal was polite, and easy to work with. Day and Night is lucky to have him.

I hired REEIS to do my A/C tune up before the summer. I would recommend this company.

My water heater has some rust on it and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. The ACE guy came out and had the tank fixed in like 10 minutes. I was so impressed. He explained why that tank had rust and helped me understand that my water heater was not at risk and by replacing the tank with the rust I probably prolonged the life of my water heater. So I’m a happy camper.

My partner and I got a HEPA filter window fan for my mother so she has one at the nursing home she’s staying at currently. We have one of these fans in our bedroom at home, and it makes the air undeniably cleaner. Mom has noticed the benefits of having this fan too. Now that she’s had a good experience, I believe it’s time to give a much-deserved five-star review. Baikal Mechanical clearly knows the value of having access to clean air, as they must manufacture their products with this in mind. Mom, my husband, and I all love Baikal Mechanical!

Greg was a comfortable, professional person who knew how to solve my relatively simple problem.He remarked that had I taken on the problem myself, with 50 year old piping...it might have been an expensive disaster.I trust in him and all his associates. Your commercials work.He's not your average Joe!Plus I took myself seriously in not taking action with vise grips. etc. to attempt the job myself! Trust in your conscience and hire professionals!

Denis was our technician today and man, this guy was just awesome! He was so polite and went above and beyond. This is the second year we’ve used Howard Air’s bi-yearly maintenance program. We’ve not had any issues their service!

We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.

I highly recommend AirZona for any HVAC needs that you may have. From the quoting process through installation and annual maintenance activities, Gerald and the AirZona team set themselves apart from other contractors we have used … they are ROCK STARS, and can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

We were impressed with Hector. He has the ability to communicate which we appreciated. He suggested we consider replacing the 12 year old motor in order to avoid overheating and failure to function. We requested a quote on the cost which we received later the same day. We are glad that Hector will be making the installation. We presume this will extend the use of our equipment for some years to come.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
