Best Home House Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and wanted our A/C unit inspected more thoroughly. Outstanding customer service when scheduling our appointment, great rates for first time customers and our technician, Dylan, was so knowledgeable and really explained the ins and outs of our system. He was on time and very professional. I cannot recommend Hobaica Services enough and I look forward to continuing to work with them as needed!

The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.

This review is delayed a couple years. We had a room above the garage that was much warmer than the rest of the house. Reeis came out, took a bunch of temp/airflow measurements input them into a program. They provided a proposal for around $4k which would correct our problem. (Included additional spray insulation, running a return air return line and a couple other small items. We did not see any significant difference after completion. That room still was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of house. After calling them they offered a 3rd solution by running additional return line from another room upstairs, no change. Finally offered another $2k solution to put control valves in the ducts to increase airflow to the hot room. I asked that they only charge is the cost of this fix and never heard from them again.My next door neighbor saw them at our house and hired them to do some work. Had a similar experience, thousands of dollars with no significant change.We have since replaced both AC and AHU’s in our home. The room is still warmer than the rest of the house but the new units made it much better.

Stuart has serviced our home for the past 7 years and has been absolutely amazing. Always very quick to diagnose any of our concerns. Incredibly personable and a joy to have over whenever we have HVAC concerns. Would recommend this man and his abilities to everyone. Great work and we appreciate you very much. Management should certainly recognize Stuart for his efforts and care he puts into his work.

We had our 20 year old central air conditioning system — outside unit and inside air handler — replaced. It’s a big and expensive project. After doing our homework to understand what would be entailed, we called Parker & Sons. Everyone we worked with, from the salesman who offered our options and quotes, to the gentlemen that tore out the old system and installed the new system, were professional and informative. They were all attentive to our questions and concerns which instilled confidence that we made the right choice in choosing Parker & Sons. They delivered on everything that they promised.

Technician David was great. Professional, easy to talk to and didn’t waste time addressing my questions/concerns. Definitely recommend and will be using Howard Air again. “Hopefully not to soon” haha

After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
