Every single person I've dealt with at SMW Refrigeration & Heating has been very professional, courteous and helpful. My new Trane system heating portion of the system stopped working. Fidel came out on New Year's Day to work on it, and found the problem...it wasn't the computer board, but a spot on a wire where the insulation on a wire had worn thru because of a fan blade rubbing and was causing a short. Fidel got that fixed & glorious heat started flowing out the vents! Thank you, Fidel & thank you SMW AC & Heating.

Super friendly staff, family owned business from Phoenix AZ. I had the entire HVAC system replaced, they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and never tried to sell me something I didnt need, very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They came highly recommended and lived up to that recommendation. I will recomend them anytime!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
