Carter came out and did his thing. Professional, on time and knowledgeable. Pricing was a little steep but you you don’t get good service and fast timing cheap I guess.

Nate came out to inspect our furnace and give us an estimate. He was very thorough and informative. He was patient with our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. We did sign up for the maintenance plan for now, as we decide what to do going forward.

Last year was my first contact with and use of Parker and Sons for maintenance. The first thing that a potential customer should know is that Parker is not one of those outfits that makes you cool your heels waiting interminably for the repairman. The communication is extraordinary. The repair guys are professional, keep you informed about problems they see and If you consent, fix them on the spot. It is not always easy for women to have a comfort zone when dealing with service and repair personnel. That is definitely NOT a problem with Parker. But back to the communication, it's 5 star. Couldn't be happier.
