This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Brandon, my Master Service Technician was Amazing! Brandon explained the inspection he was doing though the course of the tune up. When Brandon was done with the repairs, I couldn’t even tell he was in out attic through the closet! No insulation, no dirt marks, Nothing! Amazing!!! Purchased new Trane AC Unit. Great non pushy sales guy. Simple: Best Products, Best Price, Best Warranty. No games with charging more for 6 months same as cash credit line. Install crew was on time and took their time. VERY neat. Very clean. Did not leave until I understood everything. I actually wanted to give the business to friends of mine in local networking group but none of them offered what George Brazil did. Finally, they also had the best social media reviews. Joe R came back out in 2018 to replace thermostat... router was giving us a hard time but he got it done! Good job.

Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough. Every single person I've dealt with at SMW Refrigeration & Heating has been very professional, courteous and helpful. My new Trane system heating portion of the system stopped working. Fidel came out on New Year's Day to work on it, and found the problem...it wasn't the computer board, but a spot on a wire where the insulation on a wire had worn thru because of a fan blade rubbing and was causing a short. Fidel got that fixed & glorious heat started flowing out the vents! Thank you, Fidel & thank you SMW AC & Heating.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
