We had a new a/c installed by them about 6 months ago and I can’t say enough great things about them. It was a super honest, non-pressure sales process, the install was top notch and their follow-up has been thorough.I got quotes from 3 companies, Day and Night was about $300 higher than the lowest quote I got. I went with them because of their team. They thoroughly explained all options and how install would go, even the install team was customer oriented.Since having the unit installed, we’ve had a leak in our bedroom. The roofing people I’ve had out have all commented on how well the a/c is installed and what a good job they did on the roof. The leak was really a fluke. Day and Night then organized a roofing company to come out and is fixing the issue. All without hassling them. Their team is very prompt and friendly. I recommend Day and Night to everyone I come across!

I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.

Stay away. Worst AC company I have ever dealt with. Called to repair heating system as the thermostat had no power. Guy arrived looked at the unit and said I need a new one as it was 14 years old. Showed me pictures of some other unit, not mine. Told him no. He said he could try new high voltage fuses and contactor, told him to try that and see if i have power. He went on the roof for 30 minutes or so, came back and still no power to thermostat. He then charged me astronomical rate for replacing fuses and contactor and left. I had to call another company to come fix. This next guy came, allowed me to come watch what he did, and found the high voltage fuses had not been replaced, they were old, and 1 was blown. He replaced the fuse and now everything worked. Dont know what the guy from Semper Fi did, but it is obvious he just wanted to scam me into a new unit. Next stop is to BBB to report this terrible company.
