Best Ductwork Problems in Phoenix AZ

We received a quote from Q this afternoon about replacing our *very* old AC units. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and was extremely professional. We've used Goettl's in past as well and had a great experience with them!

Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon and had a new system up and running by Monday afternoon. I called and talked with Robin late Friday afternoon. She had the Operations Manager out Early Saturday morning. Fred went over our options and we made the decision to get a new system installed. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. They are very professional and do not try to sell you something you don’t need.

Preferred Air became our preferred provider of AC services. They helped keep our old system running as long as possible. When it finally went out, they lended us portable AC units while we located the right unit. Installation took only a half day. The staff was competent, friendly, and fast. When we had questions, the owner is always eager to help. The one year maintenance check was smooth and gave us continued confidence that Preferred Air was the right choice for our home. We strongly recommend them.

I've used Howard Air for periodic service (twice a year) for several years now. My service tech today was Quinten and he was extremely helpful in explaining the results of his competent service work. I will gladly renew my annual service agreement, since I think it more than pays for itself. I am very happy to be their customer.

I don't typically write reviews, but after my experience with Velox I had to! Everything was great from start to finish. The administrative staff were friendly and patient and helped walk me through all of my questions. The tech that came out to help was professional and thourough. They got everything back up and running quickly, and again, answered any follow up questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone out looking for an AC company! I had an issue with the newly installed AC. I called SMW and they came out within the 1hr. Bryan, the service guy that came out was very courteous and he troubleshooted the issue in a nice and calmed manner. Very happy with the service. Thanks Bryan and SMW!

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

☆ Well had to edit my review.. we called this place and had them come out because they advertised 15% off for military and first responders, they acknowledged it and so did my technician, so i payed my bill around midnight and didn't notice the discount wasn't on there till the next moring, called back several times only to be told that I would receive it after it gets approved, one lady crystal told me it was approved, then another told me it wasn't.. no manager will call me back. And still no one knows anything there, so if your calling this place for a discount service they advertised make sure it's on the bill when you pay!

☆☆☆☆☆ Just a little bit of a lack of communication between didpacth, technician and me but overall extremely satisfied with the work and service the did on a weekend! Travis was my tech and he was great! Walked me threw every step he was doing.
