We have used Scottsdale Air for many years and have always been happy with their work; they are professional, reliable, and they don't try to upsell us on things we don't need. They are the only company we use to maintain and repair our heating and cooling systems.

I'm 100% completely satisfied with this outstanding company! Everyone there has been so wonderful and very great to work with.
I found them on the on the SRP website under Certified Contractors. After having four companies come out to do their inspections and give pricing, I decided to go with Alien Air because they were very fairly priced and offer an absolutely wonderful warranty.
I highly recommend!

We recently purchased a home that was 14 years old, one of our AC units went out and we knew the other one was most likely right behind it. We got quotes from 7 different local HVAC companies and decided that we wanted to go with Trane due to past experiences with their products. We chose Howard air by looking over reviews and because of the sales person that came out. No pressure, no gimmicky car salesmen stuff that we got from a few of the other companies. They did a load calculation on our home and set us up with amazing equipment and a great price. The install team was right on time, very polite and worked fast, they had both units replaced in one day. We love the new equipment, had to replace our nest thermostats with the Trane versions which was sad, but the rest we love :)

Wow! Top notch customer service from Rick Rohrbacher. Very honest and detailed explanation of problem and solution. Offered advice for upcoming possible maintenance and absolutely no pressure! Not many trustworthy AC companies, this is the one.

We had no air-conditioning and this company came the same day. They showed up during the timeframe that they told us. The gentleman was very professional and fixed our problem quickly.

The appointment was set for soon after I called, not days after! The tech, Decio, arrived when he said he would & asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. He was polite & thorough. I mentioned that I'm pretty handy, so he said I could watch him replace the fill valve if I wanted to, so I did. He was so fast & efficient! When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. They were able to set an appointment for later that day, diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. They were on time, did a quality job, were professional and charged us a fair price. We have used them other times with the same positive experience. We will continue to use and recommend the Appliance Repair Bros.

At first I had a positive experience with this company getting our new systems installed back in May, but then I found out several months later they wired our heating element wrong and couldn't get ahold of anyone on their team to come fix it. I ended up hiring another company to fix the problem. Then I was in communication with the owner of Velox Air about the issue asking for a refund for the poor work her guys did back in May and she said she would cut me a check a month ago but I haven't heard from her since with several followups sent. The owner gave me the run around blaming the equipment and and questioning the operator use even and several other things after I told her what my new technician found...120 volts wired into a 24 volt section of the computer board. Sarah and Velox Air team, I'll change this back to a positive post for you when you refund me the money you promised. No hard feelings. Please do what is right.

Dennis Dizon made a follow-up visit to check on my recently installed system. He offered to set up wi-fi operation of my thermostat through my cell phone and clearly explained everything so that even I can do it! He checked pressures and made changes in my system from default settings to settings that are now optimized for efficient performance in our Arizona climate. Best company ever

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend
