If you are not using North Valley Mechanical you are cheating only yourself. These people are the real deal. $99 brought them to my 1959 house and they did a 3+ hour home inspection alerting me to ways I could save money and also potential dangers.Kirk showed me that my duct work was for evaporative cooling and was wasting money.They are on time and their office people are very knowledgeable. I am not sure if this deal is still available, call them today.

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.

I am maintenance supervisor for Chiro Plus Chiropractic centers and when our regular AC company went out of business, and we needed a new 4 ton split system, we found ourselves in need of someone new. I called several companies and started scheduling appointments, some for the following week. When I called Frank he said he would be right over, and he was here in thirty minutes! After he and my boss agreed on a price (which was great) Frank asked how late I could be there because I specialize in one day installation. Needless to say, I was skeptical, but Frank is a man of his word and he got right to work. He scheduled a crane, picked up the equipment, and brought out a three man crew within the hour and they got our new system installed by the end of the day, just like he said. I'm happy, my boss is happy and our patients are happy. If you want someone who puts the customer first and DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO, Call Frank at King Mechanical.

Service representative was courteous and polite. He was sincere and described the problem with the air conditioner in simple and easy to understand terms. He was honest with us and seemed to have our best interest in mind. The unit is cooling and we are very pleased. Will use Howard Air again.

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

I received 6 different quotes to have my HVAC replaced and AirZona was by far the cheapest. when they came to the house they were very professional and answered all my questions. The day they came to replace my unit they were on time and Finished early. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them in the future.

Pat was very helpful, calm, and provided great information regarding our AC repair. He even cleaned up the mess that dropped on the floors from the attic. Amazing service!
