Best Comprehensive Repair in Phoenix AZ

I have worked with this vendor a few times through a home warranty and they have done great work and been really responsive each time.

Brett milburn. He was phenomenal on time and figured out my plumbing issue. He was in and out in less than an hour!!! Ask for Brett.

Juan did a wonderful job. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me very thoroughly.

Goliath Mechanical heating and cooling fixed my air conditioner the first time! They explained to me exactly what was wrong! I will contact Goliath Mechanical for any of my ac needs in the future!!

My AC unit went out the night of June 24th. They were quick to schedule an appointment, but not quick to get someone out. A tech came out the following Tuesday and could only diagnose the problem. I called back the next day (Wednesday) to have a repair tech come repair it. The earliest they could send someone out was literally a week later. Ok fine, the window is 11-5. 3:30pm comes around and not a word from the tech that they’re on their way. I call the office. I was told the tech is still at a call in a city 30 minutes away from me and he still has 2 more “normal“ (meaning not repair) calls to do before me. Clearly a customer without AC in the middle of summer is not a priority! How can an AC company in AZ not prioritize a customer without AC over “normal” service calls?! This company is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I used them is because they’re contracted with my home warranty (AHS who I also wouldn’t recommend). Not only that, but the tech they sent to diagnose the issue, had a company profile picture of himself shirtless in front of a bathroom mirror!! Completely unprofessional in every way. Will never recommend Crispy Air and Heating!!! If you need a good company, contact Schiller Air-Heating!

I have used Cooling Men for several years now and I love them. These cooling sheets are perfect for when you're on the go. This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Sam was right on time, very professional & knowledgeable, had a call prior to tell us when he’d be here. Totally comfortable with him working on our unit and going in and out of our home. Please send him back for next maintenance!
