My experience with this company can always gets better, especially after the pleasure of working with Ronald. He not only took care of me, but gave me the facts as I needed them. He helped me to make the decision that was most appropriate to my needs. Not only was he my advocate, educated me through the whole process. This is my third time with a big project with this company and Ronald made this the best experience so far.

I have 6 AC units for this big house. Kole was here for several hours chemically cleaning all the coils as well as checking all parts, adding refrigerant where needed etc. He worked efficiently and left everything the way he found it. He explained exactly what he did and discussed taking a yearly contract to maintain the units in order to keep both heat and cold working efficiently. I agreed to take the yearly service for biannual tune ups and any problems any of the units experience. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received from Benefit Air from Anthony on the phone in the office to Kole and past service representatives.

I made an appointment online and they called over the phone to go over everything with me. The service tech even showed up early and went through everything with us. Unfortunately they don't perform the services needed but we're very professional with recommending someone that could. Anytime I need service done with my AC this is definitely my new go to company.

Cody, the owner, came out to our residence and replaced our 1970s era AC with a new unit. His instal team was great and extremely personable. Highly recommend.

The gentleman that came out was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable as well. However they stopped responding after a couple of days. They knew our home had no AC. They refused our calls for 3 months then told us they had no business with us. 2 months later they have now started calling us THREATENING US, and cussing out my 11 year old for answering the phone!! They are demanding money from us for no services rendered and have sent me emails stating that they will be sending someone out to collect the money. I have reached out to their management to speak with someone but they are refusing to return calls now like the cowards they are.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

I am so thankful for this company. My AC unit completely died and I needed a new unit ASAP - they were so kind and professional and quick! Todd came to my home to give me a quote and he was nice enough to take it upon himself to check out my swamp cooler I was using to cool the house and he actually showed me where I should put water in so it will cool better. He was such a genuine decent person it warmed my heart. Sam with the install crew was also a very kind person and we had no trouble with logistics. I’m sorry he had to see my family drama but even then he was still very nice and professional also understanding and relatable we chatted about our kids while he did the last couple things. Very nice people within this company and I would not have AC today if it weren’t for them. I am so blessed and beyond grateful. We are enjoying the cool air comfortably! I would 1000% recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you so much!
