After two other companies failed to fix our AC, John was able to determine the problem right away and worked hard to get it back running same day because we had been with air for almost 2 days. They were awesome they replaced a part on a furnace at a rental property of mine and mailed the part to the manufacturer because it was under warranty. This saved me $300 on a $525 bill. We were extremely stressed with just buying a home and the AC unit wasn't working our first summer here. Velox was unbelievable! They were out that same day when other companies were over a week out and they also gave us a military discount which was greatly appreciated. They had our unit replaced in less than 24 hours and boy am I glad because it was 112 that week. They called just to check in and make sure we were still doing good. This is a family owned and operated company and I'll continue to give them my business for years to come.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Won't live up to reputation wanted 1300.00 or more ,to fix it , for a 200.00 part. I found a one hour heating and a/c to do it with part for 700.00. Reminder the part is warrantied and also recalled. Would not use them again. They are thieves!!!!!!
