Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small unrepairable leaks. so gave us a quote for their unit, same day and scheduled an install for 3 days later. We are so grateful Tom and Claire were able to quickly respond in such a friendly and professional manner. We will probably sign up for the maintenance program, as it is quite reasonable. Cooling Men,Technician arrived on time, were courteous and conscientious, and worked diligently to complete the install in one day even though they were at it til almost 7:00 pm. The install was very challenging due to space issues at the attic opening and in the attic, but they made it all work. Definitely would recommend Cooling Men to anyone needing HVAC services.

I had a great experience from initial call to closeout of service. Ruby, who took my call initially, was friendly and courteous. Robert, the technician who was out, was thorough in explaining what was found, what needed to be done, and going over what was done. He always asked if I had any questions of him. The entire crew that did a new unit install at my home was kind and courteous as well. I would highly recommend this company!
