Mack came out on Saturday, determined we needed a new Motherboard for one of our systems. Parts warehouse is closed on weekends, so it could not be ordered until Monday. He had the system up and running Monday morning. He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, efficient and leaves no mess behind. I would definitely recommend working with Preferred Air. As a smaller company, the team at Preferred Air offers the service and support you want when making a large investment like a new AC. At the same time, they offer the organization and efficiency of a larger company. They were always on time and always professional.
They worked with me to install a Bosch variable speed package AC (highly recommend!) and to upgrade some of my duct work to improve air flow through the system. I really appreciated working with their rep, Ty, to understand what my options were and to find a solution that met my needs. They also provided a smooth installation experience and went above and beyond to troubleshoot a few unexpected issues. I’ll be recommending Preferred Air to my family and friends.
