Mario and JJ performed the installation. Mario as the lead was very knowledgeable and he and JJ worked well together. The service was professional and well done.

Our AC in our new home started short cycling in the middle of a heat wave, and our home warranty company was unable to find anyone to come until 4-5 days later. We have a newborn baby at home, so it was imperative that we got it fixed immediately.

So I was on my own to find someone. Luckily 1st choice got right back to me in less than an hour and were here the next day. Tim and Brandon showed up ready to rock and roll and figured it out very quickly. After both AC's started blowing cold, Tim was adamant to come back the following day to check everything out and make sure all was well. These guys were so personable and solid, I wish every company operated the way they do.

I was even more impressed when I got the bill. I was shocked at how affordable they were as they could have easily charged me anything at that point to get my house cool again.

I can't say enough good things about Tim and 1st Choice. They work hard, and are just plain nice people who won't take advantage of you. My family and I are so grateful for getting us taken care of on such short notice.

Our family has relied on this company for 15+ years. Multiple homes, new A/C units, tune ups .. you name it. Dave and his team are top notch and the MOST trustworthy in the valley. I can say this emphatically because we not only have children, but 8-10 indoor animals at anytime. As easy as it is for us to leave and “stay somewhere” while the A/C is out, we can’t do that with our herd/crew/indoor farm. Dave and his company are my heroes on so many levels!

I had Josh perform a maintenance on my heat pump before summer starts and I’m so glad I did! He was very thorough and checked every small component to make sure it was still good. He said the compressors capacitor was way below range and even proved it to me! His price to replace is was super fair and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

So we had a bad motor go out on our HVAC to our home. Ryan was the service tech. He was prompt, professional and courteous and diagnosed the problem.Our motor was bad but showed us that our compressor although working was in bad shape.So we talked it over and decided to get a new unit. The one we had was nearly 15 years old.Within 90 minutes Tito and Josh arrived and soon we had a new AC Unit all working!Everyone was great! Tito & Josh knew exactly what they were doing and Ryan explained everything to us.Definitely recommend Semper Fi AC service!
