1st Choice came out yesterday to do our yearly complimentary AC check up ! We had a new AC system installed be them 2 and 1/2 years ago and they have excelled in every aspect ! Best HVAC company ever! Technician Manny Did a grate ob inspecting our AC unit! Replaced our filter! CH

Junior was excellent! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very clearly. With pictures and diagrams, we understood what work needed to be completed. He was very considerate of the wife’s breathing issues.

They are prompt, very knowledgeable and present you with various options depending on the size of your home as well as your lifestyle. I've had great experiences with Benefit Air. They inspected a home I was trying to buy and helped us make an informed decision (we decided not to buy it). They have helped out on a few other occasions and since their technicians don't work on commission, I felt like I could trust what they were telling me. Lee Collins installed two new heat pumps for my house just before the summer and everything worked great throughout the summer heat.however when I turned one of the units to the heat mode a couple of days ago it did not come on. I knew that it has something to do with the thermostat wiring.
I called Lee Collins and Angela scheduled Kyle to come over early the next day. Kyle fixed the problem within 10 minutes and it working great.
Kyle was running late on another appointment so Angela made sure to call me and let me know that.
Lee Collins did a very good job in all aspects.

Super friendly staff, family owned business from Phoenix AZ. I had the entire HVAC system replaced, they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and never tried to sell me something I didnt need, very efficient and cleaned up afterwards.
