Best company ever!!! I just Love them!!!

Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. They also service my mother’s house too, and that’s the quality you should expect: “someone you’d be happy to send to your mother’s house”. A+ all around.

Phoenix Air Department is professional, efficient, and communicative! Their team replaced our air conditioning unit last year and the process went unbelievably smooth compared to other heating/cooling companies we have used in the past.

We are in a new home now that requires significant remodeling. Phoenix Air Department is the only HVAC company we trust for a project like this. They were quick to schedule a meeting for a quote that was very fair. We raised our ceilings and had to raise the ducts/vents. We also had an exhaust fan installed in a bathroom. They offered suggestions that were super helpful for this remodel.

I recommend Phoenix Air Department to everyone I know!

We were assigned this company from our home warranty company. They came out once and did matinence for $200.00. Our ac was still not working after the 1st time the technician came. They came out the second time on July 4th. The tech was supposed to be there by 7am and didnt show up until 9am. After telling me an elbow was never sealed properly and adding freon (another $200 we paid out of pocket because the owner of the company told me it was pre existing and the warranty wouldnt cover it) our ac is still not working. Everyone that works for this company is unprofessional and will scam you to get as much money out of you as possible. We shouldn't have paid any $ out of pocket besides the service fee per our warranty company. I would suggest to stay away from this company and hire a real professional! I wish i could rate them 0 stars because that is what they deserve.

Tommy was great and was a life saver. Our electricity went out in our whole condo due to a circuit fuse being completely out. T&K were the only people that didn’t cancel on us and came out same day within hours! Very professional and quick! Highly recommend their services!

I have been using Arizona Refrigeration since 1996. They have always been able to service my A/C units in a timely manner and the technicians are professional and informative. Today they installed a wifi thermostat and made sure it was working properly before he left.
When I moved into my current house the technician told me that my A/C unit was going to start having problems as it was installed under a canopy. The company that originally installed the unit must not have had the knowledge to install it properly. I am very grateful that I was informed and was able to remove the cover thus keeping my unit from failing. I will always recommend Arizona Refrigeration to everyone who is looking for a great air conditioning and heating company.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..
