Best Commercial Residential in Phoenix AZ

I have owned my AC unit for 8 years and have had to do little-to-no maintenance in that time. As of late I had noticed that my unit was running longer and longer to achieve the temperature we had set in the house.

I called Shawn out after having a bad experience with the big box companies and hoped for a good, honest review of what I needed to do to my AC. Shawn did that, and then some! He was very informative of everything he was doing to my system, and for what reason. He was also just a very likeable guy with great conversation.

My unit ended up being undercharged and required some freon. He got me all fixed up, and two days after his service, I can immediately tell the difference the moment I walk in my door from work.

I wanted to leave some feedback for him because I am extremely happy with his services and will be calling him back for my future needs. I now am proud to say that I have an AC guy I can trust! Thanks for everything Shawn.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

I recently had a horrible experience with Fernie's Heating and AC but 'ICON Mechanical' blew them out of the water. After waiting over a month in a half during the hottest time of the year for a part, ICON fixed everything within a week. My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse Phoenix AC and Heating Experts and their excellent service.

Words cannot express how grateful we are we called Semper Fi when our AC died a few days ago. Within hours of placing one phone call Abraham arrived at our door to investigate the problem. When we discovered we needed a new unit he provided a quote, confirmed they had the necessary inventory on hand and scheduled the install. Four days later MIke and Blake arrived on time working together like a well oiled machine. Six hours later they were done and we are safely under warranty for the next ten years. Although AC's aren't cheap we are grateful we found a reputable company that supports veterans. That matters to us.
