Best Hvac Duct in Phoenix AZ

Dave the owner of the business called my Mom at 6:30 four months later after telling us he could temp unit and then prodded to keep his deadline for procuring the unit and then ended up ghosting us in the middle of summer with no ac. He then proceeded to call four months later extremely aggressive and fabricated a bill being owed. I express this enough don't use this company they are up to something Shady. All payment was requested to be in cash.

cannot say enough good things about this company! My ac went out 3 weeks ago... yes in the middle of Arizona summer... and I called 4 companies to come work on it. That was when I came across cardinal heating and cooling. They were so efficient and fast with great pricing! My 11 cats and I will forever be customers of this company! Thank you!!

These guys are true professionals. My old a/c needed replaced. They agreed. They showed up on time. It was replaced before the house got hot and cleaned up the area. No added charges. Very professional. Save yourself the hassle and just call CCL and it's as good as done.

I've used many A/C contractors over the years. Jose is by far the best. His attention to detail is exceptional. He sends me images of the work in progress and finishes on time! I highly recommend him!

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

Safety check after all smoke / carbon monoxide detectors alarming. Fire department confirmed carbon monoxide present . Newman Commercial Refrigeration came out within a few hours to check system. Very professional. Would strongly recommend Newman Commercial Refrigeration.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded . I highly recommend you give this company a try , you won't regret it. ?

I'm sure they normally don't forget to put orders in, but in my case I called with an urgent order that needed to be done the next day, they said no problem by 11 or 12. I go to pick it up at 3pm and that's when I'm informed that the gentleman forgot to put my order in so my drain pan never got made...they did try their best to remedy the situation by calling other vendors, unfortunately it was for a tour group that was only going to be in town that one night. So just make sure you double check on your order to make sure it made it to the shop floor.

Just another company that doesn't have time to work with people just to busy i bought an A/C unit 13 yrs and still going just started giving me problems well after 13 years it's time for a new A/C Unit

Will only use this company for AC needs. No games and most importantly they don’t leave you with that little voice in your head wondering if you just got worked over.
