Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

My unit went out on the coldest week of the year. Despite it being a busy time, Eric responded to my calls quickly and was able to get out to inspect my unit much faster than I expected. He gave me his honest feedback and was so helpful in explaining the problem. You can tell Eric enjoys his job and knows what he's doing.
I've used all the big names in the valley, but never again. Thomas Home Comfort is the only way to go!

Nick Is the technician who came out to service our A/C unit which was not working.It was 118 out and Nick was at my house same day and had my system up and running within a few hours.He found a leak in the system that 2 other companys could not find.They were charging for refrigerant without actually fixing the core issue.Its not easy finding a good company with highly expirienced techs at an affordable price.Arizona Pro Service is definately highly recommended.

Last night we found a pretty good sized leak from one of our bathroom vents (big water bubbles and constant dripping), so this morning I called Troy and they had Hunter at our house in the early afternoon on the same day. I had called probably about 6 different companies to get some different bids thinking it could be a big project. From the moment we spoke to Troy my wife I and I knew this was an honest and hard working company. Very understanding, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional.Hunter called with an extremely professional and polite heads up that he would be arriving in 20-25 minutes, and was right on time.I can’t say enough about the kind of person Hunter is. A hard working, honest, and very knowledgeable person. He took the time to assess the issue, explain it to us, and what the proper fixes would be. Hunter even went above and beyond and helped fix things that caught his eye in our attic. I must note that the attic is way hotter than even the temperature outside. Nevertheless, Hunter spent a long time up there fixing issues and taking the time to explain them to us. Just an all around great human being. Hard to find honest, humble, and hard working companies and this is definitely one of those companies.Hunter also installed a new Nest thermostat for us and helped with programming. I would 100% time and time again go with this company and specifically Hunter and Troy! I don’t write reviews often but thought that they more than deserved this one! We felt like we gained a friend through this all! Thank you again!

Not only were fast, friendly, and masked up - they fixed out furnace problem very quickly and efficiently. Will use again (if needed!) and would certainly recommend.

Roy and his team were on-time, dressed professionally and were easy to communicate with. Instead of recommending an expensive fix for my airflow concern, they suggested we try a manual change of airflow by manipulating a couple different vents. The room that was once very warm in the Summer is much cooler and now my guests can be comfortable when visiting. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work and always do right by your customers and you’ll never be short on customers or need to advertise, Roy!

Very unethical. A worker of theirs came to work on my AC through my home warranty company. Paid the worker $75 cash and he didn't reported it to the home warranty! I called them and the warranty agents tried calling then and emailing with NO REPLY! So I will go ahead and pay another 75 to my warranty but it will cost Volox this review.

David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2018, that was built in 2017. Unfortunately I don't believe the original owner had an owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home. In our energy audit it was noted a few items not installed per code. However back to overall audit, very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill) and revised air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.
David and his team come out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the day. Long day but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.

Amazing service from the start, Nathan was extremely professional and very informative as of why my ac unit was not working. Was on time even asked before he arrived if we needed anything from the store due to our unit being off, who does that now and days. Nathan diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it and we got our home ac working again. Very glad we finally found a reliable and honest HVAC company.

Prestige’s Mechanical is an efficient, professionally run business. Appointments are made quickly and courteously. Everyone is prompt and takes the time to to ensure job is done right. Your property is kept clean, all garbage, old parts removed promptly. Everything was explained so that we could understand what needed to be done and best method of doing the work.

They came and did work that charge was beyond belief. Smell in bathroom was bad. First time out was a two hour charge. Smell did not leave. They came back out and charged 9.5 hrs. They did smoke test and two toilet rings. The two toilet rings was 50 dollars! So a smoke test and two rings approached 800.00! So i believe they took advantage of my girlfriends kindness. To say a total of almost 1000 dollars for a smoke test and replace 2 toilet wax rings is beyond fair. Sad fact

Would like to add further insight. There customer service has matched their job quality. For them to provide an itemized receipt showing line by line exactly hours and service provided has been an up hill battle. About the only thing they have requested, outside of money is this review be deleted. Just sounds wierd to me. Please whoever does read this review ask why all the negative reviews have very similar ideas in them. Have a nice day.
