If your reading this CONSIDER THIS A WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Metro Phoenix citizens save yourselves from frustration, disappointment and especially your hard earned money and please, please, please don’t do business with these people, they will enticed you with lower quote/price, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for, on hindsight I would pay a lot more than dealing with these unprofessional, not trustworthy people. I’m not sure why they’re getting good reviews (some maybe fake), they will run never to seen/heard again, will to report to ROC and BBB, don’t tell me I didn’t warn you! No star “company”

Thank you very much for fixing my A/C that other companies told me they had fixed but not really. My unit ran constantly, and would only turn on and off manually for 2 years. The problem was never fixed until today! The guys did a great job. The initial set up from the company that installed my unit was wired completely wrong. They made sure it worked before they left. Finally my A/C is turning on and off on its own! Appreciate the great service and will recommend them to everyone I know.

After trying to have my non working ac unit repaired through a home warranty contractor, I contacted CCL for a quote on a new ac unit install. I knew nothing about ac units but Eddie answered all my questions which allowed me to make a well informed decision with no pressure. I was able to get a new ac installed within a few days and was completely happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. They were able to set an appointment for later that day, diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. They were on time, did a quality job, were professional and charged us a fair price. They recently installed a unit at my home as the recent hot weather just got too much. The engineers were both courteous and very helpful. They left no mess and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I don't typically write reviews, but after my experience with Velox I had to! Everything was great from start to finish. The administrative staff were friendly and patient and helped walk me through all of my questions. The tech that came out to help was professional and thourough. They got everything back up and running quickly, and again, answered any follow up questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone out looking for an AC company!
