A big thanks to the team at A/C&R for the installation of a new Trane Unit on our home. They sold us our last unit twenty years ago and were our first choice when it was time to replace it. They gave us a package price that included removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Mindy, Tony, and David did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during the process and met every commitment they made. Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked for. They show quality and integrity in their work and effort, job done right every time, bottom line. They value their best employees and don't hesitate to remove those who do not meet their highest of standards, this is especially great for their clients. They are union on their pipe trades side so, rest assured, you're getting exactly what you pay for. They are thorough and highly trained, unlike a lot of non union contractors out there. I hope to one day work with them again as they are a well oiled machine and have some of the best management and employees I've had the privilege to work with so far.

After years of debating/praying that our air conditioners would last another summer, we knew this year we would have to bite the bullet and get it done. We had Larson come give us a quote and found them to be very reasonable. They were able to get the specific units we wanted and schedule the install for the next week. Jeremiah and another man (sorry I forget his name) were our techs. They were punctual and took care of everything we needed. They moved a few things in the back yard and even had to take down a bookshelf in one of the rooms to access the attic but when they were done you would never know they were there! They even kept working despite finding a SNAKE in our attic- and volunteered to remove it if they found it again. It was anticipated that some drywall would have to be cut to fit the new units in- but they were able to get it done without cutting, saving us a lot of money and mess!We are very happy with the work they did, our units keep the house cool all day long at half the run time of our old units. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new ac.
